Introducing
A first-of-its-kind camp where kids don’t just watch racing. They live it. Launching summer 2027 in Austin, Texas for kids aged 9-11. Brought to life by Williams F1 Team.
You can play basketball in gym class. You can join a school soccer team. But you can't “play F1”. Until now.
Immersive day camps where kids aged 9-11 can step into the world of the Williams F1 Team. Real engineering challenges. Real teamwork. Real strategy.
Racing Camp is bringing the magic of motorsport to life through activities designed by the same engineers who have helped Williams F1 Team win nine Constructors’ World Championships, seven Drivers’ World Championships and 114 Grand Prix races – making it one of the most-successful teams in history.
A week at camp
Monday to Friday. Small groups. Experienced Williams F1 Team instructors. The perfect balance between real F1 skills and classic summer camp fun.
Build it
Design and construct a small-scale race car, prototyping and testing components like our real engineers in crash tests and wind tunnels.
Compete in time trials against other teams on professional-grade racing simulators.
Hold real car parts and racing kits that raced over 200mph around iconic F1 tracks. Lift a feather-light carbon fibre side pod. Try on a real driver's helmet.
Compete in teams, rotating roles like engineer, strategist, pit crew, and driver across the week, with the grand championship "Grand Prix" at the end of the week.
Who runs it?
Years of experience trackside with Williams F1 Team. Unmatched technical expertise. Personality that brings out the absolute best in your child. When your child learns from the best of the Williams F1 Team, they'll unlock opportunities to become their best.
Why we built this
Williams F1 Team has always been about pushing the edge of engineering, and we kept coming back to the same question: how do we get that same passion into the hands of kids who might be the engineers, strategists, and innovators of tomorrow? School doesn't have a class for that. So we decided to build one ourselves.
Williams F1 Team x Racing Camp is our answer: a week where the excitement of motorsport isn't something kids watch on a screen. It's something they build, test, and race with their own hands.
The details
One week day camp. Real F1 engineering. Your child will work in a small team to design, build, and test like a Formula 1 crew, guided by real Williams F1 Team instructors. No experience needed, just curiosity.
